SBV Chat preview
This page is a preview of our own website chat, built to replace the Crisp pop-up on somewherebeyondvacations.com. It behaves exactly as it will on the real site: one script tag adds the host's portrait button in the bottom right corner, and after about five seconds on the page, her invitation card appears above it.
One host, chosen by the clock
There is one host per visit. During business hours, Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 ET, the host is Sarah, who assists our Vacation Navigator team: she greets you and chats freely and naturally, and a little way in she asks for your name and email inside the conversation, in case you get disconnected. At every other time the host is Leota: she walks you through five quick tap-or-type questions about your trip, asks for your name and email last of all, right in the chat, and then your lead goes to a Vacation Navigator, who follows up by email within 2 hours during business hours.

Try this page as a visitor
Tap the portrait in the bottom right. There is no form to fill in: whoever is hosting starts the conversation right away, and your name and email are collected inside the chat along the way, so the conversation is never lost if you get disconnected. Replies from the operator inbox appear here within a few seconds while the panel is open.

The operator inbox lives at /inbox.html on this preview site and needs the admin key.
