Live example: Leota (after-hours host)
This page always shows Leota hosting, whatever the clock says. She is the host outside business hours on the real site. After about five seconds her invitation card appears above her portrait button in the bottom right.
How Leota's chat goes
There is no form to fill in first. Leota asks five quick questions you can tap or type: what you are dreaming about, the vibe, when you hope to travel, who is traveling, and where you are dreaming of going. Last of all, right in the chat, she asks for your name and email, so a Navigator can still reach you if you get disconnected. Then your lead goes to a Vacation Navigator, who follows up by email with pricing and next steps, within 2 hours during business hours, Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 ET. You can keep typing to Leota here, day or night.
